Delivery Areas

We proudly offer shipping to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), including Switzerland. However, please note that shipping to islands is not included in our standard delivery service. For island destinations, we kindly ask you to contact us beforehand to arrange special shipping options.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across all European countries. There are no additional shipping costs or hidden fees for any location within the European Union and the European Economic Area (excluding island).

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. More precise delivery estimates for each product can be found on the product page during the checkout process.

While we strive to meet these delivery times, they are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing, courier issues, or holidays, may affect delivery times.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or issues with the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any delays and provide alternative solutions if necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. To track your order, please use the tracking link provided in the email.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details when placing your order. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable fees for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Goods

We take great care to ensure that your items are properly packaged and protected during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged Goods

If your package is visibly damaged upon receipt, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately. If you accept the damaged package, please notify the courier and mark it on the delivery document. Then immediately take photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Missing Goods

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent, or issue a refund for the missing items.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes. If any additional duties or taxes are applicable for non-EU customers (where shipping is arranged upon request), they are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged upon receipt of the shipment.
